Red Wine Sangria:
750mL bottle Shiraz or similar
750mL/3 cups Soda Water - chilled
150mL Mulled Wine Syrup
Fruit of choice - oranges, apples, lemons, berries and cranberries all work well.
Optional - 1/4 cup brandy, contreau or triple sec
Combine wine, soda water and Mulled Wine Syrup in a large jug. Slice chosen fruit and add along with ice. Stir and you're ready to pour!
Substitute soda water with ginger ale for extra spice or use lemonade for extra sweetness.
